Batman Day 2026…

Near Mint Dad / Comics Batman Day

The Dark Knight, Everywhere

My First Batman Day as a Comic Collector

I've always liked Batman. Now that I'm getting into comics, this year feels a little different.

I've always liked Batman, but this is my first Batman Day since I really started getting into comics, and suddenly the whole thing feels different.

I'm reading Absolute Batman, I've been on a Batman movie kick, and everywhere I look, more Batman stuff keeps popping up. Books, covers, art, movie clips. I'm loving all of it.

The funny part is I didn't plan to go this deep. I started picking up comics, found a Batman book I wanted to read, and now I'm looking at covers like, “Okay, I need that one too.” I'm still figuring out which stories I want to collect, but that's half the fun right now.

So yeah, I'm spending Batman Day reading some comics and probably watching a movie later. I've been a Batman fan for years, but this is the first time I've gotten to enjoy the day as a comic collector. That's pretty damn cool.
